Return Policy

How do I Make a Return?

  • Upon receiving your package, inspect all items as soon as possible. 
  • Email service@plexusmerch.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Subject line: Return - Order #(your order number here)
  • In your email, include the following: 
    • Name of the item(s) you would like to return
    • Reason for return.
  • In your return package, please include a copy of your packing slip, or a note with your name and order number. 
  • If an item arrived damaged, please include pictures of damage to expedite the return.
  • Please Note: We will not accept returns without prior authorization. Therefore, if you need to return your order, please contact us for confirmation before returning any items.

        What items are returnable?

        • Items must be in original condition.
        • Items that have not been washed or worn.

          What items are NOT eligible to return/exchange/refund?

          • Items purchased and delivered more than 30 days prior.
          • Items that have been washed or worn.
          • Custom / personalized items, such as business cards and brochures.
          • All items are subject to inspection approval upon return to the Plexus Merch Store.
          • Last Chance (Clearance) Items
          • Gift Cards
          • Drinkware

            Shipping for Returns

            • In cases of damaged items, the Plexus Merch Store will provide a replacement as available, or a store credit will be issued at the discretion of the Plexus Merch Store.
            • In cases of buyer’s remorse, such as an item didn’t fit, not satisfied with color/quality, change of mind, ordered by mistake, etc. – return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
            • We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). If you are shipping a package with a value of $50 or more, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
            • Return process will continue upon receiving the returned item(s), and inspection approval of returned item(s).

            Can I make an exchange?

            • We encourage you to shop on the Plexus Merch Store and place an order for the new items you would like in place of your original order. This will secure your items and allow the Plexus Merch team to process the order and ship to you quicker.
            • Once you’ve placed your new order, send the item(s) from your original order back to the Plexus Merch Store. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. (Reference Shipping for Returns)
            • Upon receiving the item, and inspection approval of returned item, we will issue a refund.

            How will I receive my refund?

            • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you.
            • We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
            • If you are approved, a refund will be processed through the original method of payment.

            What if my order says “Delivered,” but I don’t have it?

            • Please contact UPS to see if they know the whereabouts of your order.

            What if my order was “Returned to Sender?”

            • In the event a customer provides an invalid address, and the package is returned to the Plexus Merch Store, you will be notified through email of the situation and responsible for any new shipping costs.
